After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.
Hosea 6:2
I don't care for the band Third Day. If I could listen to most anything else (I say most because there are numerous other things I would not choose to listen to, for example country), I would. However, their band name is a simple statement of what we celebrate today, the third day when Jesus rose from the dead. What an amazing and wonderful day. As I continue to learn more about God and grow deeper in my relationship with him, I am so much more thankful and grateful for this day. Thank you God for sending your son for my sins, what an act of mercy and grace. I am so blessed to know the Lord, and a small piece of his awesomeness.
God has been providing and blessing me in ways I couldn't even begin to dream of, and I am so thankful. He has provided Nick and I a place to live, as well as the future possibility of things to furnish it with! Also, God has been reaching my heart slowly but surely, and turning it towards Him, as I slowly release complete control. God, thank you for the love you provide me. I have been able to attend wonderful services and meet with amazing people- God, thank you for your perfect love. Among all the blessings, God has also provided me areas to grow. God has placed me in many difficult situations, and I now must look to Him for his guidance. I pray I will allow God to lead and make my journey through school and relationships an exciting one. Thank you God!
I have been bought with a price! I am not my own. Happy Easter.
